Where did Hammond get the DNA to make the dinosaurs?
Answer
To the south, rising above the palm trees, Grant saw a single trunk with no leaves at all, just a big curving stump. Then the stump moved and twisted around to face the new arrivals. Grant realized that he was not seeing a tree at all.

He was looking at the graceful, curving neck of an enormous creature, rising fifty feet into the air.

He was looking at a dinosaur.

Why did you have Ian Malcolm die in Jurassic Park only to turn up alive in The Lost World? It was answered in the book. And in the movie, of course, he never died. Anyway, there is a long tradition of characters coming back from the dead. Sherlock Holmes died in Reichenbach Falls, but reappeared a few years later.
